3 Days in Paris

Our lovely tour guide in front of Notre Dame.
She gave us art history from a Christian perspective.

The inside of Notre Dame...not nearly as huge as the Duomo
but much brighter and more beautiful.

The back of Notre Dame. The flying buttresses are amazing.

The Sorbonne where Mommy studied years ago

The Eiffel Tower by night...that, and the crepes, were the highlight of my time in Paris.

The view is incredible!

You could probably spend a week just at Versailles and still not have seen it all. It is incredible.
Louis XIV personally welcomes tourists

The Hall of Mirrors

There is so much gold that after just a few rooms you become numb to it

Our sister statue

We really were in Paris.

This post is long over-due. It's nearly 2 months old! But it was kind of fun
to look over the pictures again. I hope you enjoy them as well.

  2. Thanks for sharing...I have all the same pictures! They definitely bring back memories, and Versailles is definitely one of the most memorable places. I'm so glad you had a great time (winter is not the easiest time to visit Paris...personal experience!)

Gruezi! Please drop us a comment. It would justify all the time we've spent writing up blog posts and taking pictures...:)
